Beaujolais-Villages Rosé

  • Grape variety : Gamay
  • Harvest : Manuel. Careful sorting
  • Vinification : Direct pressing
  • Bottling : On the estate
  • Fact sheet : BeaujolaisVillagesRose.pdf

Our Beaujolais-Villages Rosé is crafted by pressing the grapes after just one short day of maceration, allowing the juice to take on a hint of colour. It is then vinified in the same way as a white wine, in stainless steel vats at low temperatures.

Beaujolais-Villages Rosé, with its rose petal hue, gives off fresh fruit and citrus aromas; it has great length.
